1. Using PeekTwice
These terms apply to PeekTwice: Find Differences for Android and its product website, operated by Fehistro Studio. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and website. If you are not legally able to agree independently, use the game only with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. The game
PeekTwice is a timed find-the-differences puzzle game with illustrated collections, stars, achievements, and daily challenges. Features, available levels, and behavior may change between versions. Previewed collections are not a promise that additional levels are already playable or will be released on a particular date. The website showcases the game; it is not a browser-playable version.
3. Local progress and your device
Game progress and preferences are saved locally. There is no PeekTwice account-based cloud-save or guaranteed cross-device synchronization. Clearing app data, resetting progress, uninstalling, device failure, or changes to Android backup settings can remove or change saved progress. Keep your device secure, review reset confirmations carefully, and do not assume that a save can be recovered.
4. Advertising and optional rewards
The game displays Google AdMob adaptive banner ads and offers optional rewarded ads. When offered, completing a rewarded ad can provide one hint or a daily-puzzle retry. A daily puzzle can grant one hint on completion, once per day. The game determines eligibility and credits benefits according to its rules and successful completion signals.
Ads and their benefits can be unavailable because of connection, region, consent choices, ad inventory, or technical conditions. An interrupted or incomplete ad may not grant a benefit. Hints, retry credits, stars, and achievements are virtual gameplay features: they have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. Achievements do not themselves promise a separate reward.
5. Fair and lawful use
You may use the app for personal entertainment. Do not exploit bugs, manipulate advertising or reward signals, interfere with the game or its providers, distribute malicious or misleading copies, or use the app to infringe another person's rights. This does not restrict activities or rights that applicable law expressly permits.
6. Intellectual property
PeekTwice branding, illustrations, game content, and website design are owned by or licensed to Fehistro Studio. Use of the app does not transfer ownership of that content or grant permission to redistribute it commercially. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply an endorsement.
7. Third-party services
Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Google's User Messaging Platform, Android device services, and Cloudflare operate under their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability or all of their behavior. The Privacy Policy describes advertising and consent-related information processing.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to improve the game, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free availability or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided as available without additional warranties. Fehistro Studio is not responsible for losses that applicable law permits us to exclude, including loss of local progress outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms may be updated as the game or services change. The current version and effective date will appear here. Review material changes before continuing to use the app.
